Determine technical governance structure / implementation requirements.
What are the options that are under consideration? The contenders (at least in my mind!) are in the following list. We could also mix/ match elements as well:
- Gnosis Safe + Snapshot (+ poss Radicle.xyz, tbd post chat w them)
- Compound Governance
- Tribute DAO (formerly known as Moloch)
- Uniswap Governance
At first glance, I like option 1 because of gas-less voting across multiple chains (Mainnet + Polygon) will enable smaller token holders to participate without paying fees via Snapshot, and code can be integrated via Radicle.xyz, a decentralized git repo that is controlled by a Gnosis Safe.
